At SYMA. Utilized, we implement a 7-day unconditional return policy, prior to our 1-year warranty. We ensure that the product delivered in great condition, without any defects. However, should there be any, you can return our product.

After the initial 7-day warranty period ends, you will receive a 1-year warranty, allowing you to make a claim if there is any damage to the product during usage. We will repair it to restore your product to its best condition. Our team will support you throughout the claim process by cross-checking the data you provided on our guarantee-claim page.

RETURN POLICY

We Take on Your Concerns

Purchased items can be returned within a maximum 7 days from the date you received your order. 

• This policy only covers manufacturing defects such as broken or detached straps, faulty zippers, fraying stitches, damaged webbing, and material defects during production. It can also be applied when the product does not meet expectations.
• Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme conditions, normal wear and tear, or unwarranted repairs is not covered, as every product goes through a detailed and rigorous internal quality control process.
• Products must be returned with all original components (tags, stickers, dust bags, etc.)
• Valid claims may result in repair or replacement with a similar product, depending on stock.
• Returns with a replacement for a higher-value product will incur an additional charge based on the price difference. For returns with a replacement for a lower-value product, no additional charges will apply, and no refund will be issued for the price difference.
• The claims will typically be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the product.
• The claims must be backed by the required documentation (unboxing videos) and your purchasing invoice.
• All claims are subject to final inspection and approval by our quality assurance team, as we take extra care to ensure the quality of our products.

• The claims must be backed by the required documentation (unboxing videos) and you must show the Warranty Card provided in each purchase.
• Repaired products provided under warranty are not eligible for refunds or further returns.
• All claims are subject to final inspection and approval by our quality assurance team, as we take extra care to ensure the quality of our products.
